Pommes Frites

True Belgian fried potatoes. Choose one of the following dipping sauces: mayo, aioli, rémoulade, Bourbon dragon sauce, chipotle mayo, or curry ketchup. Extra sauce for additional charge.

Abbaye St. Mere raw cow, France; Old Amsterdam aged gouda cow, Holland; Bleu D’ Auvergne, cow, France; Cana de Cabra goat, Spain. Fresh seasonal fruit and accompaniments, rosemary crackers.

Appetizer Plate

Zoe’s salami and pepperoni, Vermont white cheddar, Bleu d’Auvergne, medium pommes frites, house-smoked wild salmon, crackers, baguette, cornichons, olives, crème fraîche, cherry apricot marmalade.

Breakfast Croissant Deluxe

Smoked bacon, black forest ham, organic egg over easy, white cheddar, Aardvark hot sauce, toasted croissant. A la carte.

Brouwer’s Salad/Small Brouwer’s Salad 

Baby spinach & red onions tossed with our dijon-sherry vinaigrette. Topped with toasted hazelnuts and gorgonzola.
Add chopped crispy bacon , Grilled chicken breast , Sautéed prawns for an additional charge 

Beet and Endive

Boiled red beets, Belgian endive, toasted pecans, California chèvre over a bed of mixed baby greens with balsamic vinaigrette.  Add grilled chicken breast, prawns available for additional charge.

Steak Caesar 

Grilled 5 oz grass-fed beef shoulder tender, romaine, duck fat croutons, Grana Padano, spicy white anchovy and lemon dressing. 

Bier Cioppino 

Prawns, mussels, and rockfish in a tomato and Wittekerke stew with orange zest, saffron and Thai basil, grilled garlic baguette.

Traditional Mussels and Frites

Mussels, sautéed shallots and garlic in a white wine cream sauce. Served with fresh baguette.

Brouwer’s Mussels and Frites

Mussels, sautéed carrots, celery, onions, and leeks in a Wittekerke cream sauce. Served with fresh baguette.

Stoofvlees

Traditional Belgian stew made with grass-fed beef, bacon and Sound Brewery Dubbel Entendre served over a bed of pommes frites with thyme crème fraîche. Add fresh cheese curds for an additional charge.

Steak Frites

Grilled all-natural beef, Belgian Grand Cru reduction. Add whisky cream sauce and/or  Bleu cheese for an additional charge.
12oz Oregon Country grass-fed New York or  10oz grass-fed Shoulder Tender.

Rockfish and Frites

Fresh local rockfish battered in Firestone Walker Double Barrel Ale. Served with rémoulade and choice of dipping sauce.

Lamb Burger

Oregon grass-fed lamb ground in-house with spicy Merguez seasonings topped with julienned roasted red peppers, chipotle mayo and mozzarella. Served on a fresh baked roll.

Lamb “Deluxe”

Bacon, arugula, caramelized onion, Mama Lil’s peppers, aioli and white cheddar.

Falafel Sandwich

House-made falafel patty on organic focaccia with apricot and IPA chutney, goat cheese, mixed greens and dragon sauce. Vegan upon request.

Croque Monsieur

Melted parmesan and Emmenthaler cheese, Fremont sourdough, black forest ham. Add an organic egg for an additional charge.

Croque Savoyard

Parmesan, Emmenthaler, roasted red peppers, basil, tomatoes.  Add an organic egg for an additional charge.

Brouwer’s Speakeasy

Smoked turkey, apple wood smoked bacon, baby greens, tomato, red onion, dill havarti, honey dijonnaise, organic croissant.

Appetizer

Parmesan polenta fries with spicy marinara and chipotle mayo on the side.

Vegetarian

Spicy peanut Panang curried cauliflower, mushrooms and fingerling potatoes with coconut rice topped with a snap pea, bell pepper and cucumber salad.

Seafood

Grilled fresh halibut sandwich with habanero-mango Gouda, citrus slaw and tomatoes on a fresh bun with house pickles.

Sausage

Jamaican jerk sausage made in-house with Berkshire pork, peppers and spices served with black beans, coconut rice, plantain chips and fresh pico de gallo.

8oz American Kobe beef tenderloin with an apple and white cheddar mash, grilled asparagus, mushroom and Rodenbach reduction.
