It’s that time of year again folks! Time to eat, drink and get UGLY! So gather your friends, find your best ugly sweaters, and join us Thursday, November 16th at 6pm for our 7th Annual Firestone Walker Ugly Sweater Party.
We’ll have a delicious selection of Firestone Walker beers on draft, holiday crafting and games! Plus we’ll have wrapped gifts (lots of them!) for everyone who wears an ugly sweater. There will also be prizes awarded for the top 3 most hideous sweaters, which the party gets to choose (it’s a hoot!). This is a great way to get in the holiday spirit, and kick the season off right, so we hope to see you there!

Join us on Wednesday, November 8th at 6pm for some delicious juicy, hazy IPA’s and a sour with Great Notion out of Portland. We will be pouring Juice Jr. IPA, Ripe IPA, and a berry (this was intentional) special sour Boo Berry. We had hoped to get a few others but due to the limited availability of their beers we were happy with these three. We look forward to seeing you.
Structures is one of Bellingham’s newest breweries, and we’ve been big fans since they opened, heading there many a days after riding mountain bikes, or when we just need to get away from the big City!
This night has been a while in the planning, so we are super excited to finally be celebrating Structure’s awesome libations, joined by James and Max.
We will be tapping 4-6 beers, spanning the spectrum of their offerings. Look for there to be some rare beers for the Seattle Market, from IPA to Sour.
When we stopped by Breakside Brewery in Portland a few months ago Jacob graciously showed us around and sampled us on some of their fine barrels and fresh IPAs. We decided then and there to host him for a Brewer’s Night, and we welcome you to join us!
“I first met Jacob Leonard while he was working at Walking Man Brewing in Stevenson, WA, which seems like a lifetime ago and may have been in the infancy of Brouwer’s Café. At the time, I was working for Big Time Brewery in the U-District. Fast forward and Jacob is working at Breakside Brewery, making awesome beers, and is still one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met.” – Nat
This draft list is subject to change and not every beer has been confirmed but it will be close to the following:

This is our 2nd annual celebration of Fremont’s Fresh Hop Series! We’re huge fans and this is a much anticipated event showcasing their seasonally delicious offerings, including the Field to Ferment Series, Cowiche Canyon and more. We’ve also been sitting on some of their exceptional barrel-aged beers, and thought what could be better, fresh hops and barrel-aged offerings all in one awesome evening! What follows is what we will be pouring:
2014 Kentucky Darkstar
New Belgium has been one of our favorite breweries for a long time. They make great beer, and their business philosophy is spot on, they are employee owned after all. They have an amazing sour and wood aged program that they have invested time and energy over many years. Have you heard of their “Lost in the woods” event? They have some new and limited beers coming out of “the forest”, and we are happy to be pouring some of these new beers. We are hoping that all works out and these beers are available in time for our event. We will also be pouring some beers that we have kept in our cellar for a bit.
We are hoping to be pouring:
Trans Atlantic Kriek 17
Vintage La Folie (year tbd)
Bottle pours of Vintage La Folie ’09
Single Foeder Felix
Felix aged in Apple Whiskey
We are planning on having some oh so secret tacos available that evening as well.
Additionally, our friend Jaime Mastin (one of the first hires at New Belgium) and Mike Butler (another New Belgium employee) will be spinning their favorite records starting at 8pm.
We invite you to join us for an evening with Engine House #9 from Tacoma. E-9 has been putting out some of our favorite beers, we reached out to Shane, we pulled some beers from the cellar, and he is sending up some new beers for this event.
We are still working with E-9 with what will be available for the event.
We look forward to seeing you.
We welcome you to join us for an evening with Dogfish Head. We are pulling a few kegs from the cellar, like 2015 Palo Santo, as well as picking up a few new beers, Vanilla World Wide Stout. It all kicks off at 6pm. The draftlist will include:
2015 Palo Santo Marron
Oak- Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout
120 Min IPA
Siracusa Nera Stout
and a couple other beers yet to be determined.
We hope you join us for a chance to drink these amazing beers.
The show (sub-titled The Beer In Front Of Me) will include Dave Buhler, Adam Robbings, and Bradley Zimmerman. Click here for the link to the Facebook event.
After opening remarks from the YOOTT staff of knuckleheads (that includes me) we will introduce the panel and at that point Dave, Brad, and Adam will join us on the stage.
The point of this and all YOOTT shows is to have fun. FUN! We will however be tackling some serious, and I dare say ‘political’ issues in our conversation which is a first for YOOTT. I will be soliciting questions from the audience at times. My main goals will be to drink The Beer In Front Of Me and having fun. I cannot imagine failing these goals given the characters and experience that will be together on the dais.
We are pleased to invite you to an evening with Matchless Brewing from Tumwater. We are hoping that Pat the Wizard behind Matchless with be here with his partner Grant.

We are pleased to host two of our favorite beverage producers on one night. Fort George Brewing and Finnriver Farm/Cidery have gotten together to produce what we are sure will be an awesome blend that they have named Shady Grove here is the description from the brewery:
TART, FRUITY, UNION
A blend of tart black cherry cider from Finnriver Cidery and deep red sour saison from Fort George Brewery, aged among the grove of barrels in the Lovell Showroom in Astoria. French oak wine barrels shade the acidity that blooms with the additions of brettanomyces and lactobacillus, producing a complex bouquet of fruity esters and spice.
We will also have a couple other options on draft from each producer that evening. We look forward to seeing you.
Please join us for this event during Belgian Beer Week featuring Brouwerij St. Bernardus. The event will kick off at 6pm. We will have a brewery representative on hand.
